Brilliant use of the photo. The blue/white colour scheme enhances the photo v.well, and blue/silver are the colours of Bavaria

I have no trobule with the theme, but the rest of the page on igoogle where I have all my gadgets, I would like to change the background they set in. It is white and I would like the freedom to have a background color and be able to change it from time to time, like soft colors.

There are many widescreen friendly themes there. In addition to my own themes, I have created a link to some of the popular iGoogle theme designers so it will be easier to find themes. With so many themes now being published many good themes are now difficult to find. Hopefully this will be helpful to some.

Google is now flooding the main theme library with thousands of themes from people who know nothing about themes. They are of very poor quality. The experienced designers are leaving. If you want to find good themes, look for a theme in the hottest section, then do a search for that developer and you will see all of his or her themes. We have asked Google to create a section for designers who have a certain minimum number of people using their themes so you would have a place to go to see good themes without having to sort through all the new themes from inexperienced people. I'm not a theme snob, we all have to learn, but Google needs to screen and they are not doing that. They are posting everything, sometimes multiple times. Not good. I have my best themes on my website at www.igooglethemes.net. They are all widescreen and most are not here in the library. You are welcome to download themes from there, they are all free.

Nice, But I find the background colours underneath the picture a little dark. Is there a way to adjust that?
